Theme :
- Open Theme
Judging Criteria :
The films will be judged based on
- Originality of the script.
- Creativity and execution.
- Theme, clarity of the story and other technical criteria like editing, cinematography etc.
Rules and Regulations :
- The length of the short films should not be more than 15 minutes (including credits). The entries should include a 2 minute trailer (max) of the short film.
- Plagiarized content will lead to disqualification
- Entries can be in any language, but English subtitles are mandatory.
- Presence of any form of obscenity or vulgarity will lead to direct disqualification.

The entries have to uploaded in YOUTUBE and the link should be mailed to mexelerate2012@gmail.com .
- At least one member from the team has to be present during the event.
- The judges' decisions will be final and binding, and are not open to review.
