Rules and Regulations

1. Prelims will be conducted in written format from which the finalist are selected.

2. A topic will be given to the finalist on the spot.

3. Materials (books,etc.) needed will be provided for 15 minutes and the finalist can prepare notes within the time limit.

4. The finalist has to deliver a lecture for five minutes.

5. Cellphones are not allowed during the event.

6. Evaluation is based on understanding, accuracy and presentation.

7. Judges decision is final.
