Code Quest

Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by

definition, not smart enough to debug it.The most effective debugging tool is still careful thought, coupled with judiciously placed

print statements.Are you ready for some Quest ?

Event Format

• Number of Rounds: 2

• Round 1: Preliminary Round –Written

• Round 2: Programming

• First round will be consisting of 25 objective type questions testing the problem understanding, syntax clarity and execution skills

of the students in C and C++. Time limit will be 30minutes from the time of starting.

• Teams will be short listed based on their performance in the preliminary round.

• Each team will be given a PC where their programming skills will be tested. The second round will be for an hour.

Rules and regulations

• Maximum of Two members per team.

• Students shall be from different colleges or stream of study or of different years of study.

• Decision will be made based on clarity, efficiency of the program or algorithm.
