Rules & Regulations:


  • A team of two members/single member participation is allowed.
  • The participants should at least know the basics of java and j2EE.
  • The participants should know to code web pages using servlets,jsp,php,etc.(first two are mostly essential)
  • Eclipse (or) RAD (or) net beans will be the development platform.(you can use what you know)
  • For UI development we will provide FLASH or DREAMWEAVER

    • Prelims:


  • This is a computer based test.
  • This will contain a set of 30 multiple choice questions and they should be answered within 30 minutes.
  • Questions will be from java and j2ee and web basics.

    • Finals:


  • A number of 6 teams who excel in prelims will be selected for finals.
  • Finals will be based on a scenario-output coding.
  • Analyzing the given scenario,the teams have to code the pages such that the given output is obtained.
  • teams which do their best among all will be awarded prizes.
  • UI design, less complexity and explanations given for the project will matter for scores.
  • Judging team's decision is final(no discrepancies entertained).
