• Number of Rounds: 3
• Round 1: Preliminary Round –Written Quiz
• Round 2: Crisis Management
• Round 3: Situational & Stress Interview
• First round will be consisting of objective type questions testing the problem understanding, analyticals skills and circuit knowledge of the students. Time limit will be 30minutes from the time of starting.
• Teams will be short listed based on their performance in the preliminary round.
• Each team will be given a problem where their managing skills will be tested. The second round will be for an hour.
• Round 3 is to Test their stress management abilities
