Electropathy & NEMCH FAQ's
Electropathy is an Integral part of the Integrative/Nutritational System of Medicine. It is natural, harmless, simple, unique, non-toxic, non alcoholic and with no side effects whatsoever. Besides it is rather cheap and affordable to all parts of the society.Dr. Count Caeser Mattei of Italy discovered Electropathy in 1865. Mattei was much influenced by Paracelsus theory and studied other recognized medical systems of that era. He found that every system of cure has certain drawbacks. Subsequently he had several ideas to improve upon the existing systems and evolve a better one with lesser flaws.
The word Electropathy is a combination of two main words i.e. Electro and pathy. Electro means any disturbance which occurred in the living organism, expelled out from the body by exchange of force (medicinal force/od force) and restores the organic tissues of body to its previous state of health systematically as well, as constitutionally through its nervous system. In other words, homoeostasis means physical and chemical consistency of the cell. It is inter related between cell to cell, tissue to tissue, i.e. each and every cell connected to each other if their inter relation is in regular way that state is healthy condition. So Homoeostasis means to keep dis-balance body in to steady state (balance). Then the Pathy, which means system of treatment.
In short Electropathy is a new system of medicine by which homeostasis is maintained between lymph and blood of a diseased person. Hence by regulating lymph and blood in the body the patient gets cured. The system uses medicines made from plants which regulate both lymph and blood. The method of treatment is widely practiced in India, other Asian countries, as well as in the Italy,UK, Germany, France and USA.

JUDICIARY SUPPORT :-Although
several Court have delivered the favourable judgement regarding
NEHM of India & Electropathy but some of the judgements are
remarkable one which applicable to NEHM of India only.
(a) Order of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in FAO No. 205/92 dt. 18.11.98. The Division Bench of Hon'ble Delhi High Court consists of Mr. Justice Y.K. Sabharwal ACJ. & Mr. Justice K.S. Gupta had ruled while delivering the judgement in the matter of FAO No. 205/92 dated 18.11.1998 (Union of India & Delh Govt Vs N.E.H.M. of India) that N.E.H.M. of India may issue diploma/certificates and holders of such diploma certificates are entitled to practise Electropathy system of medicines on the strength thereof. (b) Order of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No. 11262/2000 dt. 24.11.2000. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has confirmed/concurred it by dismissing the SLP filed by Union of India & Delhi Govt. against the order of Hon'ble Delhi High Court FAO No. 205/92.The Hon'ble Apex Court has also maintained the statusquo of the order of Delhi High Court. (c) Electropathy Medicines are cheaper, quicker & safer :- It may not be out of place to mention here that while attending an Electropathy Seminar Organised by NEHM of India and its affiliated Institute on 9th April, 2004 at Mumbai, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shivraj V. Patil, Judge of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has clearly stated that Electropathy Medicines are cheaper, quicker & safer. He also vehemently viewed that acceptance of the system by the people is primary & real recognition of any new medical system. He also advised to develop this medical system in the Society. Recently on 19th Nov. 2004 Mr. Justice Shivraj V. Patil, Hon'ble Judge, Supreme Court of India has also Unveiled/Inaugurated the Statue of Dr. Count Ceaser Mattei, the father/founder of Electropathy at the premises of NEHM of India where he expressed Several views regarding Electropathy as his sister about 70 years old is also using Electropathic Medicines for the treatment of Rheumatic Arthritis and now she is feeling much relief with electropathic medicines. |

Awasthy, Principal Secretary was also nominated as an Electropathy Expert Member in the Inquiry as well as Expert Committee of Electropathy constituted by Ministry of Health & F.W., Govt. of India previously during 1988 and 1991 to expedite the matter of Electropathy throughout India.
