  Working in an office with an array of electronic devices is like trying to get something done at home with half a dozen small children around. The calls for attention are constant. All the problems of the world could be settled easily if men were only willing to think. The trouble is that men very often resort to all sorts of devices in order not to think, because thinking is such hard work. Most of the results of using technical bugging devices were of little importance for my service. It may have been different in counter-intelligence, where bugs in flats, etc., were used to obtain a lot of information about what counter-intelligence was interested in.
  

• $- Each team will have maximum of 2members. 

• $- 1st round  – Prelims (Top 8 will be selected)

• $- 2nd round – Components Identification  (Top 5 will be selected).

• $- 3rd round – Circuit Design and implementation.

• $- Top three teams will be awarded.
